1. Live training: R3I can come to your church, business, or ministry and run training sessions on site.

2. Online courses: R3I is now offering training courses via email.

Courses Offered:

1. Cross Cultural Connections: A "how to" guide to working cross culturally and building connections across cross cultural lines.  This is a great training for anyone working or ministering in diverse settings.  This is also required for all R3I trips, and completion of it a necessity to progress on to other trainings.  Online course cost $25 per person.

2. Site Specific: R3I can put together trainings for your teams or trips to different cultures.  Currently available are Kenya, Japan, and Haiti.  With advance notice we will do the research for you on the places you want to go.

3. Disaster Response Training:

           a. Level 1: A basic introduction to responding to disasters, geared towards the huddles masses yearning to help out.  No particular skills or prior experience are necessary.

           b. Level 2: This is for the folks that want to get in to help closer to the actual disaster, and to respond overseas or in higher risk situations.  Some skills and previous experience are required.

           c. Level 3: Currently our highest level of training offered, this level is for the professionals, or for those interested in disaster response management, or rapid response assessment teams.   This requires skills, previous experience and other advanced trainings or certifications, and participation in other R3I trips or responses.
